From the serene waters of Kamperland to the stormy challenges of Lake Lipno, let's delve into the highlights of these two remarkable events.

Kamperland Debut: EuroCup 6 at the Dutch Youth Regatta

After nearly two decades in Workum, the Dutch Youth Regatta opened a new chapter in Kamperland at the Roompot Marina. With its dynamic conditions and fresh surroundings, the Oosterschelde provided a new test for sailors from around the world.

Day 1 – Light Beginnings:
The regatta opened under clear skies and glassy waters. Patience was crucial as race committees waited for a usable breeze. By late afternoon, the 29er fleet completed one race, setting a cautious but promising start.

Day 2 – Conditions Improve:
Friday delivered steadier wind across the courses. All fleets managed a full day of racing. In the 29er class, French teams rose to the top early, hinting at what would become a dominant performance.

Day 3 – Tactical Duels:
Saturday was marked by competitive duels and shifting pressure. Teams from Switzerland and the Netherlands made strong advances, tightening the scoreboard ahead of the final day.

Day 4 – A Grand Finale:
After a calm Saturday afternoon, Sunday brought excellent conditions. Under blue skies and a building breeze, all scheduled races were completed. The 29er class, in particular, delivered high-performance sailing, with the French sweeping the overall podium.
